Our 11 modern production machines of up to 2,500 kN output in the plastics department offer optimum conditions for the contemporary fabrication of complexly moulded parts made from thermoplastics, thermoplastic elastomers and liquid silicones. One of our core competences is the manufacture of multi-component parts in hard and soft composites. All of the process-engineering facilities are available for this purpose. The microprocessor control unit and the capless locking system enable the tools, handling and processes to be used and designed as flexibly as possible. Up to 8 processing indices can be monitored, documented and statistically evaluated via the integrated CPC system, which continuously monitors the fabrication graphically: this guarantees reliable production to the highest standard of engineering quality, throughout the entire processing sequence.
