The ideas that are generated during the developmental and constructional stages, are implemented by means of moulds and devices within our own tool manufacturing department. Tools for pilot production and serial production - which represent the basis for producing high-quality articles - are optimally created on schedule in this case. Samples are produced from pilot tools under the conditions of serial manufacture already, by using materials for the series. The test results can be transferred to the series directly, because our samples already correspond to the serial part in terms of material, design and function. The capacity of our tools for pilot production covers the demand: from the initial quantity of samples to the commencement of serial manufacture.
